I write news and feature-length articles on a wide range of subjects related to science, technology and archaeology.  I won a global award for my coverage of antimicrobial resistance in 2024.


I have also co-authored ten scientific papers and reviews from my years in academia, with first authorships in Nature Neuroscience and Neuron, among other journals.
